- Belgian law applies to this agreement.

- In the event of a dispute, only the court of Antwerp shall have jurisdiction.

- Invoices must be paid within 20 calendar days from the date of receipt.

- Any payment not made on the agreed due date shall accrue interest at a rate of
0.8% per month, by operation of law and without notice. Furthermore, any invoice not paid

KOTK spaghetti charity event

1. Event Purpose
   All proceeds from this event will be donated to Kom Op Tegen Kanker to support cancer research and patient care.
   ‍
2. Registration
   Participation requires prior registration and/or ticket purchase as indicated in the event details.
   ‍
3. Food and Allergies
   The menu includes standard spaghetti options (meat or vegetarian). We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions but cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.
   ‍
4. Payments
   All payments are final. Refunds are not available as this is a charity event.
   
   With these 2 exceptions:
   - If a technical issue in the webshop results in an incorrect amount being charged, we reserve the right to adjust the final amount to reflect the correct pricing.
   - If you are charged too much due to an error, the difference will be refunded.

5. Liability
   The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
   ‍
6. Code of Conduct
   All attendees are expected to respect the event’s charitable spirit and behave respectfully toward others.
   ‍
